§ 70.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Unless otherwise declared in this Traffic Code with respect to particular offenses, a violation of any provision of this Traffic Code shall constitute a traffic infraction.

   (B)   Any person who is found guilty of a traffic infraction in violation of this Traffic Code for which a penalty has not been specifically provided shall be fined:

      (1)   Not more than $100 for the first offense;

      (2)   Not more than $200 for a second offense within a one-year period; and

      (3)   Not more than $300 for a third and subsequent offense within a one-year period.
