§ 36.076 EMPLOYEE PAY RATES.
   Pay increases are contingent on satisfactory performance and job evaluations. If any employee’s performance is consistently unsatisfactory, the Village Board may defer a scheduled pay increase for a stipulated period of time or until the employee’s job performance is satisfactory.
