§ 133.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of § 133.07 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined $50 for the first offense and $100 for a second or subsequent offense.
