The Diversity and Heritage Advisory Board shall have the following power and duties:
(A) Recommendations to the Commission on diversity and equity strategies that strengthen connections among diverse community groups and with city government.
(B) Recommendations to the Commission on exploring new methods and techniques to acknowledge tangible and intangible cultural heritage and expand recognition programs related to heritage preservation activities.
(C) Recommendations to the Commission on ways to work with public and private stakeholders in the city to increase understanding of the diverse groups that make up the city.
