§ 158.04 COMMISSION OF INDEPENDENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING STUDY.
   The City Commission recognizes the future need for additional analysis of the city's affordable housing needs, and may authorize the City Manager, or his or her designee, by resolution, to commission an independent study of the city’s affordable housing needs and conditions. This affordable housing study shall examine the following issues, among other things: affordable rental options, initial purchases, future and subsequent sales of affordable housing units, qualifications of eligible households, priority for available units, and the demand for affordable housing. The findings of this study may be incorporated into the city's Code of Ordinances as the second tier of this chapter.
