(A) Pursuant to the requirements of the Act, the city agrees to provide for the continuance of the existing affordable housing trust fund (“Fund”) within the official and fiscal accounting records of the city. All monies deposited in the fund shall be subject to the requirements of the Act and the city ordinance establishing the fund.
(B) The city shall cause the Fund to be audited and shall report the results of such audit as required by the Act.
