§ 157.03 ESTABLISHMENT OF LOCAL HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
   (A)   There is created and established a Local Housing Assistance Program (“Program”) by the city, to be implemented and administrated by the city.
   (B)   The city shall implement the Program, within the city, consistently with the requirements of the Act. The strategies of the Program will be outlined in the city’s State Housing Initiatives Partnership Housing Assistance Plan.
