§ 134.22 MARTIAL ARTS DEVICES.
   (A)   MARTIALARTSDEVICES. Devices which are designed with the express purpose of inflicting bodily harm upon individuals at whom those devices are directed. MARTIAL ARTS DEVICES are defined to be sticks, discs, chains, boards, rods, plates, and devices constructed of similar materials which may be projected through the air by one individual at another individual for the purpose of injuring that individual. To be included within this definition, the device may not have any other useful or lawful purpose other than the infliction of bodily injury.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any individual, firm, or corporation to offer for sale, sell, use, or possess martial arts devices as defined herein.
