§ 134.06 DISCHARGING FIREWORKS; PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful to discharge any fireworks of any kind or form, including paper cap pistols of all descriptions within the city, without first obtaining from the appropriate city official, a permit for the discharge of those fireworks and paper cap pistols.
