§ 134.03 HITCHHIKING.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to hitchhike upon the public streets of the city. For the purpose of this section, HITCHHIKING shall be defined as the soliciting of a ride in or upon any motor vehicle not operated for hire.

(B) Any person convicted of violating this section shall be punishable as provided in § 134.99.
