(A) All AEDs shall have product approval and be registered with the Pembroke Pines Fire Prevention Bureau prior to installation.
(B) The Pembroke Pines Fire Prevention Bureau shall review and approve the number and installation locations for AED devices, and shall inspect the establishment to confirm the AED installation as approved.
(C) Registration shall include the AED notification letter filled out by the owner or authorized agent and shall include the following:
(1) General description/drawings of their proposed AED location(s);
(2) Product vendor;
(3) Product specifications, brand and model; and
(4) Unit serial number.
