§ 120.07 SALES FROM MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale from a motor vehicle, motor-driven cycle, trailer, bicycle, tricycle, or on foot, upon the public streets, food of any kind, goods, wares, or merchandise within 500 feet of any property line of a public school located in the city, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or other hours which correspond to the opening and closing of the school day, on those days when the schools or their playgrounds are in operation.
   (B)   The restriction contained in this section shall relate to measurement from the edge of school property to the edge of any property line which is 500 feet from the edge of the school property.
