§ 118.05 CITY NOT TO BE HELD LIABLE.
   The City Commission shall, in its sole discretion, require day-care centers to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend the city against any and all third-party claims for injuries sustained on the premises of the public facilities for any reason whatsoever.
