It is recognized that from time to time the merchant may offer certain merchandise for sale at a reduced price for a limited time in a limited durational sale. After such a sale, the merchant may, by remarking sale merchandise, return the price of the merchandise to any amount not higher than that marked thereon immediately prior to the limited durational sale.
