§ 112.80 APPLICABILITY AND RESERVATION OF RIGHTS.
   (A)   This subchapter shall be applicable to all ambulance service franchises granted or renewed after the date of adoption of this subchapter.
   (B)   Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to limit in any way the ability or authority of the city to acquire, and/or operate ambulance services within the city.
