§ 112.65 IMMEDIATE REGISTRATION REQUIRED; GRACE PERIOD.
   Immediately upon passage and adoption, and approved registration as described herein must be held by all haulers who provide collection services for recovered materials within the city. A grace period of 30 calender days shall be allowed prior to the enforcement of these regulations in order to provide adequate notice to all haulers.
