§ 112.15 EFFECTIVE DATE OF A FRANCHISE.

   Unless a franchise agreement provides otherwise, the effective date of any franchise agreement shall be as follows:

   (A)   If an initial franchise, the date of acceptance of the franchise agreement by the franchisee; or

   (B)   If a renewal of a franchise, the date the initial franchise ceases to be effective or the date the initial franchise expires, whichever is earlier in time.
