(A) The city reserves the right to amend this subchapter as it shall find necessary in the lawful exercise of its police powers.
(B) Any additional regulations adopted by the city shall be incorporated into this subchapter and complied with by all franchisees within 60 days of the date of adoption of such additional regulations unless imposition of such regulations would be otherwise prohibited by applicable law, or the city extends the time for such compliance.
(C) The city reserves the right to exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire the property of a franchisee's cable system or open video system, consistent with law. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, this section shall not enlarge or restrict the city's exercise of eminent domain except to the extent provided by law.
(D) To the full extent permitted by law, the city reserves the right to acquire, construct, own, and/or operate a cable system or open video system.
