Any individual, firm, corporation, or licensee found to be violating any section of this chapter shall be punishable in accordance with § 10.99 of the code, providing for the imposition of a fine of not more than $500, or by imprisonment for a period not in excess of 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
