§ 100.01 FINDINGS AND INTENT.
   It is the intent of the City Commission to adopt a policy whereby the Mayor and City Commissioners may recognize certain individuals, business entities, and civic organizations that have made a substantial contribution to the city at either the federal, state or local level by naming public places in their honor.
