§ 97.28 TENNIS FACILITIES.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to occupy a tennis court at a non-supervised city tennis facility for more than one hour at a time where there are not sufficient vacant courts available at such facility for people waiting for them.
   (B)   This section does not apply to those courts that are in use by the city authorized tennis instructors.
