§ 97.25 AUTHORITY TO DONATE USE OF CITY-OWNED FACILITIES.
   The city, through its Director of Recreation and Cultural Arts, is authorized to donate the use of the city-owned parks facilities for which a user fee has been established. The association or entity granted a donation shall pay for any other costs to the city in conjunction with their use of the facility, including any staff overtime.
