(A) The Health and Sanitation Inspector, his deputies, and any city police officer are authorized to warn or instruct any person carrying on any activity prohibited by the provisions of this subchapter to cease and desist from doing so within the time ordered by the officer and to order the person to remove the product or substance containing parathion from the confines of the city.
(B) Refusal to comply with the order shall be deemed a violation of the provisions of this subchapter and subject the person so refusing to comply to arrest and confiscation of the product or substance containing parathion found in his possession.
