(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, offer to sell, deliver, distribute, store, possess, or apply, treat, or otherwise use parathion or products which contain parathion within the city.

(B) The sale, possession, application, or use of parathion O, O-diethyl, O-p-nitrophenyl, thiophosphate, or products which contain parathion are declared to be and do constitute a nuisance by reason of their extreme hazard and deleterious effect on and to the health, welfare, and safety of the inhabitants of the city.
