§ 93.36 LIABILITY FOR PAYMENT OF COST OF FIRE SUPPRESSION.

Whoever causes an uncontrolled fire in violation of § 93.01, or permits any fire to escape, in addition to all other penalties provided by law, is liable for the payment of all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in suppressing the fire.
