§ 91.14 IMPOUNDMENT OF STRAYS; PAYMENT OF COST FOR RELEASE.
   Any police officer of the city, the Public Health Officer of the county, or any representative of the Humane Society may take into immediate custody and impound any dog that is wandering the streets, straying on public or private property of another, or is being maintained in violation of this subchapter. The owner or party demanding possession of the dog shall pay all the costs of keeping the dog before the dog is released.
