§ 71.03 BICYCLE OR PEDESTRIAN VIOLATIONS.
   Any individual or individuals observed by any member of the City Police Department violating F.S. § 316.2065 pertaining to bicycles or F.S. § 316.130 pertaining to pedestrian violations, shall be punished in accordance with § 70.99 of this code.
