§ 52.52 BUS BENCH/SHELTER MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.

(A) Licensee shall replace or recondition, to the satisfaction of the city, bus benches/shelters which the city determines are no longer good or in serviceable condition.

(B) Licensee shall be responsible for maintenance of trash associated with location including trash receptacle.
