(A) The City Manager, or his or her designee, shall review and have final approval of all design proposals/design modifications to bus benches and shelters.
(B) Design of bus benches/shelters shall be compatible with community character.
(C) The licensee of each bus bench/shelter shall provide a trash receptacle at each location. Each receptacle shall be located on a concrete slab/ foundation directly adjacent to a bus shelter/bench. The design of such receptacle must be approved by the city as part of the bench/shelter license contract.
(D) Shelters shall be illuminated utilizing solar energy as the sole source of power.
