§ 52.39 PENALTY.
   Any person, including agents, servants, and employees, found guilty of violating the provisions of this subchapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99. Each day that a violation is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. The imposition of any fine or penalty shall not be construed as excusing or permitting the continuance of any violation of this subchapter.
