§ 52.36 NEWSRACK SIGN REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   One sign panel may be permitted on the rear of the newsrack units. Sign panels shall have a standard advertising panel size which shall not exceed 36 square feet. Panels which deviate from the standard advertising panel design and construction shall require approval from the City Manager or his or her designee. In addition, the city shall be permitted to display public community service signs on any newsrack location as approved by the city and licensee.
   (B)   Advertising for such panels shall not contain adult material as defined in the Code of Ordinances of the city.
   (C)   Each newsrack shall display a name, address and telephone number of the licensee, or legal entity who is responsible for the newsrack and who may be contacted, at any time concerning the newsrack, in such a manner as to be readily visible and readable to all prospective customers.
   (D)   Each coin-operated compartment within a newsrack shall display, directly on the coin box itself and in such a manner as to be readily visible and readable to all prospective customers, the name, address and telephone number of the individual, or legal entity who is responsible for the publication in that compartment and who may be contacted, at any time, concerning reimbursement in case of coin mechanism failure.
