§ 52.35 NEWSRACK MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.

(A) Licensee shall replace or recondition, to the satisfaction of the city, newsracks which the city determines are no longer good or in serviceable condition.

(B) Licensee shall be responsible for maintenance of litter/trash adjacent to newsrack location.
