§ 52.34 NEWSRACK DESIGN GUIDELINES.
   (A)   Design of newsracks shall be compatible with community character.
   (B)   Newsracks shall be uniform in design and color throughout the city.
   (C)   The City Manager, or his or her designee, shall review and have final approval of all design proposals/design modifications for newsracks.
