§ 52.32 APPLICABILITY.

The installation of newsracks shall only be permitted as part of a license agreement with the city. It shall be unlawful for any newsrack provider to install, erect, place, maintain, use, or operate any newsrack or base that does not conform to the provisions of this subchapter.
