§ 52.20 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SWALES or SWALE AREA. The land area immediately adjacent to the paved road surface and lying between the edge of the road pavement and the lot line of the paved sidewalk or the property line.
