(A) Notwithstanding any provision of this Plan to the contrary, the Plan shall provide contributions, benefits, and service credit with respect to qualified military service in accordance with Code Section 414(u).
(B) A participant who dies on or after January 1, 2007 while performing qualified military service is treated as having resumed and then terminated employment on account of death, in accordance wth Code Section 401(a)(37) and any subsequent guidance. The survivors of such participant are entitled to any additional benefits (other than an accrued benefit relating to the period of qualified military service) provided under the Plan on account of death of the participant.
