§ 38.083 DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY.
   All or any part of the administrative duties and responsibilities under this subchapter may be delegated by the Plan Administrator to a retirement committee. The duties and responsibilities of the retirement committee shall be set out in a separate written agreement. (Ord. 1806, passed 1-7-15)
