§ 38.060 APPLICATION.

The optional forms of distribution are only those provided in §§ 38.050 through 38.053. An optional form of distribution shall not be permitted unless it meets the requirements of this subchapter. The timing of any distribution must meet the requirements of this subchapter. (Ord. 1806, passed 1-7-15)
