§ 38.016 REQUIRED CONTRIBUTIONS BY PARTICIPANTS.
   (A)   No required contributions shall be made on or after October 1, 1998.
   (B)   The participant's required contribution account is 100% vested and nonforfeitable at all times. (Ord. 1806, passed 1- 7-15)
