§ 36.04 FORECLOSURE.

Any liens placed against real property pursuant to this chapter may be foreclosed upon by the city in a manner provided by state law for the foreclosure of mortgages on property, if the lien remains unpaid for 30 days after it has been recorded in the Public Records of Broward County.
