Certification of providers. The Trustees shall be protected in relying upon a written certification that purports to be from any Custodian, Investment Manager, insurance company, or mutual fund as to the person or persons authorized to give instructions or directions on behalf of such Custodian, Investment Manager or insurance company and continue to rely upon such certification until a subsequent certification is filed with the Trustees.
