§ 34.161 POLICY.
   (A)   It shall be the policy of the city to permit other Charter School or Early Learning Center employees the opportunity of donating accrued leave time to a designated Charter School or Early Learning Center employee whenever extraordinary circumstances require the designated Charter School or Early Learning Center employee to be absent from work for a lengthy period of time, and when the designated Charter School or Early Learning Center employee has exhausted all of his or her personal accrued sick, annual, holiday and other compensatory leave.
   (B)   Extraordinary circumstances shall be defined as, but not limited to, lengthy hospitalization, critical illness or injury.
