§ 34.140 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   A 401(A) Retirement Plan for the employees of the Charter Schools and Early Learning Centers is hereby established.
   (B)   A specific plan shall be established by resolution, which may be amended from time to time by resolution of the City Commission.
