(A) Employees who have any questions regarding this policy or any other aspect of the city prohibited drug and alcohol testing program should contact the city’s staff representative.
(B) If there are questions concerning specimen collections, laboratory analysis, or any other procedural aspect of drug and/or alcohol testing, the MRO should be contacted.
(C) The city employees and employees of contractors participating in the city testing program may contact a SAP by calling or visiting the city’s designated SAP.
(D) The city’s Human Resources Department should be contacted to obtain the current representatives and providers referenced herein.
