(A) The following incidental expenses may be reimbursed upon presentment of receipts therefor:
(1) Taxi fare, bus.
(2) Ferry fare, and bridge, road, and tunnel tolls.
(3) Storage or parking fees.
(4) Communications expense.
(5) Photocopying costs.
(6) Convention registration fees or seminar fees while attending a convention or conference which will serve a direct public purpose with relation to the city. However, any meals or lodging included in the registration fee will be deducted in accordance with the allowances therefore as provided for in this subchapter.
(B) Except as enumerated in this subchapter, no reimbursement for expenses of any kind is permitted.
(C) No reimbursement for expenses of spouses, children, or others is permitted.
