As to all matters not specifically covered herein, F.S. § 112.061 and any and all other state statutes pertaining to the subject matter of this subchapter shall control. It is the specific intent of the city to adhere to all state standards as promulgated in reference to public officials ad standards for travel expenses, meal expense, and all other forms of reimbursements for expenses incurred by public officials.
