§ 34.76 DEFINITIONS.
   The definitions contained in F.S. § 112.061 are adopted in full without modifications. To supplement these definitions, the following shall apply:
   AGENCY or PUBLIC AGENCY. The City of Pembroke Pines.
   AGENCY HEAD or HEAD OF AGENCY. The City Commission.
