§ 34.62 APPROVAL OF BOARD, CITY REQUIRED TO MAKE CHANGES IN SYSTEM.
   No change in any of the provisions of the system shall be made without the approval of the Board at a regular meeting of the Board. The approval of the City Commission is also required before any changes are made.
