§ 34.04 EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS FOR MARRIED COUPLES.

The city shall provide equal employment benefits to all couples, regardless of gender, legally married under the laws of any state within the United States of America or any other jurisdiction under which such marriage is legally recognized. (Ord. 1778, passed 6-3-14)
