§ 34.02 EMPLOYMENT MEMORANDUM REQUIRED UPON HIRING ANY NEW EMPLOYEE.
   (A)   Upon hiring, all department heads, including but not limited to the individuals recited herein, shall have signed memorandums concerning the terms and conditions of their employment. All current officials shall, immediately on passage and adoption of this section, be required to enter such signed understandings of the terms and conditions of their employment.
   (B)   No conditions of employment other than as set forth in the memorandums of understanding referred to herein shall be considered to be in effect for any department heads.
   (C)   The City Manager shall furnish copies of these signed memorandums to the City Commission for the ratification by the Commission.
   (D)   In no way shall this section interfere with the City Manager’s specific rights, authority, and duties as set forth in the City Charter.
